Terms and Condition
1. That you undertake to make regular payments of the bills raised by us for hire charges on agreed rates with in 3(three) days of raising bills on(weekly/fortnightly/monthly) intervals.
2. That you also undertake that material supply by us on said site shall not be transferred/removed to any other site without written consent of M/S VIKAS BUILDTECH to do so.
3. Your authorized representative should sign our challans etc. in token of having received the material at the mentioned site.
4. You shall take care of the material supplied by M/S VIKAS BUILDTECH and you will be liable to pay for any shortage/ breakage / loss of any material.
5. The bills for hiring charges will be raised by us on (Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly) intervals and the same shall be paid within 3 days by you. In case you fail to pay the bills with in 3 (three) days you shall be liable to pay interest @ 2% per month on the amount outstanding.
6. M/S VIKAS BUILDTECH reserves the right to take back the material if the outstanding bill(s) are not paid on time continuously for Two months.
7. In case of any dispute Delhi jurisdiction will be applicable.
8. Minimum hire period for one month from the date of dispatch.
9. Both side cartage will be payable by you.
10. All hire rates applicable for one year only from the date of issue of order .Further rates as per mutual understanding.
11. GST 18% payable as extra.
12. Damages 50% & for Lost / shortage 100% will be charged.
